Alyssa Campanella Wins Miss USA

Alyssa Campanella was also the first runner-up in the 2007 Miss Teen USA pageant and represented California in the 2011 Miss USA pageant. Alyssa Campanella, a 21-year-old auburn-haired California model won the Miss USA crown Sunday night and will represent the nation in this year’s Miss Universe pageant.

Bravo’s “Watch What Happens: Live” host and executive producer Andy Cohen and “E! News” co-anchor Giuliana Rancic hosted the 60th Annual MISS USA Pageant. Erin Hatley, meanwhile, will be representing Tennessee at the Miss America 2012 pageant, next January in Las Vegas.

Alyssa Campanella was considered among the favorites by pageant experts. As Miss USA 2011, she will go on to compete in Miss Universe 2011 in September. Miss Tennessee Ashley Durham was the 1st runner-up, while contestants from Alabama and Texas placed 3rd and 4th.
