COLE WORLD, NO SNUGIE !!

A message from J.Cole, via his Dream Villain blog:

For the record, these are not mixtapes, not EP’s either. I wake up on Sunday’s and I decide what songs I want to let out or rerelease for yall. You’ve been so patient for 2 YEARS! I think you deserve some insight and unreleased music.

1. Bring Em’ In- Made this in ATL during the “single hunt” phase. Even though it wasn’t a single and won’t make the album, I love this shit!

2. Roll Call- Just some real shit. Venting

3. Be Freestyle- “Put on for my city like my favorite jacket… “man, you gon’ where that every got damn night??”.. “know what I paid for this shit?? bitch, you got damn right!!”

Music Monday: Any Given Sunday

J.Cole Drops Any Given Sunday EP

If there's anything fans love from a musician is legitimate free music, and rapper/ producer Jermain, better known as J.Cole is doing just that !! AWESOME !! The RocNation signee started a new project where every Sunday he'll be dropping his fans a treat. During the run up to the release of his highly anticipated debut album; Cole World: The Sideline Story. On his Dreamvillain website he stated:
One track, two or a whole free album, I'm not complaining !! To kick things off he has dropped a five track EP called Any Given Sunday #1. The download link is below, just click the sexy pink down arrow, and I'll leave you withe words of J.Cole...

"Every Sunday til the album drops I’ll be back with something. Maybe just 1 song, maybe a video, depending on how I’m feeling"

"September 27! We Almost there. Until then..."

COLE WORLD!!

New Video: In The Morning

J. Cole: In The Morning (ft. Drake)

The video for J. Cole's Friday Night Lights, track 'In the Morning' featuring Drake is finally here. Cole just about managed to drop the video on his blog before Valentines Day was over - bless him. ANYWAYS... the most important thing is that the video is here. The feature is more of a documentary type visual. It captures them performing the track on their recent tour and follows a mysterious, but pretty lady. Cole told MTV:

He adds, "And just the magic of that tour. To give people a look into that."

WELL... I'm feeling it. If you listen to the lyrics the visuals do complement the track well. Check out the clip below and of course enjoy :)

CUTE VID !!

BET Hip Hop Awards 2010: J. Cole

J. Cole At BET Hip Hop Awards

WHO DAT..? WHO DAT...? As soon as you here those words after the drop of the self produced track, you know who it is !! None other than new school rapper J. Cole. That track right there is a certified party starter, though the crowd weren't quite jumping as he performed it at the BET Hip Hop Awards on Tuesday night. WHY..? The crowd was serious focused on the lyrics, bobbing their heads and reciting the words as Mr Cole rapped. He wrapped it up nicely with the first verse, acapella of his track 'Blow Up' !! re's any young man that is really trying his best to redeem himself, it has to be Chris Brown !! MY he's definitely gonna blow up if his flow gets tighter, and one thing for sure he will and I'm routing for him. Check it out...

JHEEEEZE !!

New Music: J. Cole - Won't Be Long

J. Cole - Won't Be Long

This joint right here is a certified, promised banger. Coming from J. Cole this track is HARD you have to like this. His singing game has stepped up a notch. My boy @iamnytwolf ← (IT'S CLICKABLE) mentioned this track in his tweet and I had to jump right on it. You know something fresh for your Monday afternoon. This track has a real inspirational vibe to it and it touches on some serious points. It BETTER make Cole's upcoming debut album, Cole World which is due for an October release.  Produced by himself, check out J.Cole's 'Won't Be Long'...

COLE WORLD BABY !!

Premeditated Murder..♫

J. Cole - Premeditated Murder

KEEPING IT SIMPLE... this track better J. Cole's debut album Cole World !! This is some hard stuff fo'real this track is going to be a KILLER no doubt and if it doesn't make the album that means that everything else on there has to be well better !! The track entitled 'Premeditated Murder' is a great look for Cole and to think this guy isn't fully seasoned. The melodic hook had me hooked fo' real. Very reminiscent of 50 Cent. The lyrics are on point. One word: FIRE !! Check it out for yourselves and if your feeling it like me get it by hitting that pink arrow. Enjoy :)

THIS BETTER MAKE THE ALBUM !!
