This apparently isn't the final cut as the female vocals are that of Ester. The final cut should have Ciara on it. Well lets just see about that. It's very upbeat and sounds real cool. However there's a level. For those naive ones out there who have only been following Trey since his third album, his music wasn't all sexed up. This track right here entitled 'Easy On Ourselves' echo just that - and I like it. This is Trey going back to the basics and not becoming a weak artist dropping tracks every minute about the same thing !! Have a listen...

The track is entitled 'Holding You Down 9Goin; In Circles)' and features Fat Joe and the sounds Missy Elliott. There's also a Lloyd Banks remix going round. Both of them sound good. I'll drop the remix sometime this week. This joint right here has a real Lauryn vibe to it, which is good, because if my girl doesn't make a comeback, at least we've got something close !! This track right here entitled 'Repercussions' from the one and only miss Lauryn Hill. Is the closest evidence to what we all hope is a comeback from the soulstress. The vibe is real nice, I mean what Lauryn track isn't..? It's not her best, but like I said is the best thing we got next to a comeback !! To me it sounds like a mess around in the studio,  not in a bad way - DON'T GET ME WRONG !! When you listen you'll understand what I mean. I hope it's a studio leak of something to come. On The Set Of: Love The Way You Lie

Eminem and Rihanna are sitting very nicely at the top of the US charts right about now with their single 'Love The Way You Lie', Em is also at the top of the album chart with his seventh studio album Recovery. GREAT STUFF... in the meanwhile on Wednesday (21st July) the two were spotted on set for the upcoming video for the track in front of a burning house !! The video is being directed by the man behind RiRi's ex 'I Can Transform Ya' - Joseph Kahn. ME... I'm totally loving what RiRi has done with her red hair, the little bow suits her. I'm also loving that outfit !! ANYWAY... though this is Eminem's track, check out some more pics of Rihanna after the jump !!

Just under two months ago I posted in the 'new music' section of my site this hot track by T.I. featuring Keri Hilson - 'I Got Your Back'. CAN'T REMEMBER..? Refresh your memories here !! Well now there's a cute little video to go with it. If you read/ or now you've seen my previous post you would know the track is about loyalty. Given history we know THA KANG has done some time and wifey Tiny has stuck by him, she makes a cameo in the clip AWW HOW SWEET..?! The video in my mind portrays what himsels and many have been though, those lucky to have someone have their back. Some part of the video are reminiscent of 50 Cent's  '21 Questions'. It's a really cute video and T.I looks well sexy and KERI BABY is looking great too !! Check it out...

My initial reaction to it was 'decent' I also said it was gonna be a grower for me. WELL... it most definately has !! The version I dropped wasn't an official CDQ it was a radio rip and unfinished at that. The actual track features Nicki Minaj and a video has also been shot for it !! The track sounds so much better with the female rappers voice and it is much more upbeat with her swag on it. The video is looking real good too and should be with us real soon !! New Video: Your Love

I've been waiting for a video for this Nicki Minaj track for ages now, and here it is !! It finally premiered on MTV, and I love it. Directed by Hype Williams protégé Lil' X - the four minute video has a beautiful narrative. Nicki plays a samurai in training who falls in love with her trainer portrayed by actor Michael Jai White - you may be familiar with him in the films Why Did I Get Married. This video methinks isn't for the guys, you lot may find it a bit lovey dovey !! Lil' X did brilliantly on the directions, the theme is perfect. I mean Nicki is always going on about being a Barbie - a Harajuku one at that !! So she loves the whole Japanese style like myself - and that's just what this video echo's with the Geisha look and the martial arts right down to the ribbons. I loved the ending with the ribbon pool of blood, I was looking for the Shakespearean ending, but it wasn't mean to be !! I also noticed the video was quite Kill Bill esque !! ANYWAY... I won't spoil it for you anymore. Check out her new video from her Barbie World Mixtape.

P.S. Her debut album drops November 23rd and this track is supposed to be on it. However it has no title thus far, so I'll keep y'all posted. Hope you enjoyed, tell me what you thought :)

With his album dropping at a near date, and the 1st single of his up coming album Passion, Pleasure & Pain recently premiered; it's inevitable to be seeing and hearing a couple leaks. I have just that !! Some fresh leaks from Trey Songz have been floating the web this week, apparently some material from his studio sessions. Whether or not they are actually on the album is another thing, but hey it's new music !! Right here I have two leaks from Trigga, the better out of the two 'I Want You' and the simple catchy and possibly forgettable 'Mojo'. As a Trey fan from dot, the track are not his best. Personally 'Mojo' is pretty weak, it sounds like a warm up from his studio session. Whereby 'I Want You' has a nice vibe, nothing special though but like I said it's the better out of the two. KEEPING IT SIMPLE... this track better J. Cole's debut album Cole World !! This is some hard stuff fo'real this track is going to be a KILLER no doubt and if it doesn't make the album that means that everything else on there has to be well better !! The track entitled 'Premeditated Murder' is a great look for Cole and to think this guy isn't fully seasoned. The melodic hook had me hooked fo' real. Very reminiscent of 50 Cent. He's an artist I've always liked, with his soulful vibes and those falsettos that make you just -ANYWAY !! Well lucky for you Benèt fans out there he's back with some new material and an upcoming album entitled Lost In Time, due for a September release. In the meanwhile he's promoting the 1st single of the album 'Sometimes I Cry' which will be released in a couple weeks. I'm guessing it will be around by the end of August, hopefully earlier !! I guess if you're the type to stay locked onto ThisIs50 you would have heard, seen and possible brought this track by Tony Yayo. Yeah he's back, not that I missed the guy, I honestly don't listen to his music, but the way his video for his catchy new single 'Pass The Patron' started, I just ended up watching all. The video started of with two nerds that are on the internet and decide they want to be cool to get girls like the G-Unit crew - where they got sucked into their monitor and ended up in a club !! That was my hook. Talking of the hook it's real catchy, the song overall is like a weak 2010 remake of 'Pass The Couvassier' from back in 1999. There's also a new album coming from Yayo real soo, so fans stay locked. In the meanwhile check out his new video. Enjoy :)

Behind The Scenes: Drake's 'Miss Me'...

Drake has been busy and productive this weeks, and I have the evidence. So far we've had three visuals from Drizzy - 'Best I Ever Had', Over' and more recently 'Find Your Love'. Now we've got two more to add to his catalogue, which should be out with in the next two weeks - well at least one of them.  SO... on Wednesday (15th) Drizzy Drake was spotted on set for the video of his track featuring Lil' Wayne 'Miss Me' - which is like one of my fave tracks on the Thank Me Later album. Of course Anthony Mandler was there directing. I mean he is the guy right now !! ALSO... it is alleged that yesterday he started shooting the video for 'Fancy' featuring T.I. and Swizz Beatz. All my Drizzy fans, we've got more from our guy !! Peep more photo's when you read on...
